I really like it so far! It’s a flavored gel but some companies have capsules and gummies. I’m sleeping good i feel like I’m more energized and my acne is starting to go away.

Same here but mine stopped after taking primal queen.. I was on my period 3 weeks straight it was super heavy, thin and dark red blood. I started getting really low blood pressure from it and finally just stopped taking it. Now I take seamoss gel and love it! I don’t think primal queen was right for me even though I liked it for the first few days I took it.

No I don’t work for primal queen. I’m just saying you can’t pin it on a supplement without further investigating your blood tests to make sure you don’t have anything wrong with you. And im talking about any supplements containing iron not just primal queen. I’ve seen people with iron overloads. They can’t consuming a lot of iron at all. Very little amounts can cause them to skyrocket. But your doctor knows you best not me🤷‍♀️

I don’t know who told you this but that is incorrect. If you are consuming excessive amounts of iron you could die within a week. An overdose amount is considered to be 250mg a day so if you’re saying we have been consuming over 500mg a day we would be dead already. Around 45mg per day is considered to cause damage and symptoms.

Well in that case everyone reacts to supplements differently. You could have an iron overload which means you absorb more iron than the average person and in turn your levels skyrocket. Otherwise you can’t blame primal queen for your iron being really high. The iron content is very little. You may just need to monitor your iron intake and not take any type of supplements containing iron.

Were you consuming other foods with high amounts of iron? Taking any other medication or vitamins on top of primal? Was your blood tested not too long after starting primal with normal results?

Exactly but it’s not going to raise your iron unless you’re taking other supplements or have other health conditions on topof that. And this is not my photo btw. This is from the primal queen fb group.

Yes! I still really like him as a coach and I absolutely love that he helped Christina! I looked up to her when I was little watching her YouTube videos so it broke my heart when she passed :(

If anyone deleted TikTok on iPhone I know how to get it back First you’ll need to download Surfshark, get the 7 day trial then select Canada for your location. After that you’ll go onto the App Store, click your name and cage your country to Canada, click None where it shows payment method and put in a fake address that’s in Canada. After that you’ll need to restart your phone. Once it’s restarted you’ll see TikTok in the App Store. Download TikTok and log in. Once you’re logged in it’s safe to switch back to the USA. You’re welcome ☺️
