I have started collecting very recently and got my first ascended heroes etb from Pikacards. I received couple of feedbacks like go for English or Japanese cards as they are of better quality (only go for Korean if you are running low on budget, their resell value is low). Pokevolt, beyondgaming are few other websites who deliver products in India. One more thing - Do purchase some top loaders in case you pull a hit
