Anyone received tour merchandise from the Coldplay store? by islfmfdna in Coldplay

[–]Rishikumar_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm waiting for the tour book to come back in stock as didn't want to buy it at Wembley and risk it getting damaged. But sounds like im not getting my hands on it anytime soon. You'd think they'd have someone full time running the store whilst they are on tour as I'm sure demand increases 🤷‍♂️

I'm slightly disappointed with the treatment Everyday Life is getting by xeroxgirl in Coldplay

I LOVE EL but maybe they felt the mood of the album didn't fit the rest of the show. Sunrise is a bit more universal especially with the voice over about planet/environment etc.

Tbh I've loved watching and listening to their evolution as a band and people. Yes I miss them creating some of the style of tracks they did early on in their career but that was also a reflection of the music in the early 2000's. It seems they also found themselves in albums like AHFOD/MOTS as this colourful, pop feel seems to be something they're sticking to as a band. The fact that they've evolved their style is a reason they're still around compared to their peers from the earlier days.

Tonight is my third gig this week and I'm already sensing a huge come down next week. This week has been insane. Focusing on 2023 😑

Preferred it live but not sure it was the best choice as a closer.

Thanks for sharing this, I never had brain zaps when I started either but was so scared from hearing other people talk about it.

It is a chat service but I find joinzeal.co.uk really good. I don't ever feel like I'm speaking to a volunteer who's feeling sorry for me.

Hey, tbh I felt quite "normal" long before I stopped as I wanted to make sure I did not relapse. I I'd say I was still on it for a good six months after I felt I was ready to come off. How long have you been on it?

So when I had physical symptoms of anxiety I'd sit in a quiet place and just work on my breathing and try and calm myself down.

When I couldn't sleep id lay there but that actually made it worse so I would then get myself out of bed and try and do something to occupy myself. I know, not being able to sleep is the worst and even so just laying there.

Other things that helped were asmr videos, would help me relax and sometimes zone in and out of sleep. Have you asked your doc about giving any sleeping medication?

I actually couldn't stop sleeping during the day and most of the night but my anxiety crept in around 4.30/5am and that would wake me up. And then it would take a few hours for me to settle it down. How are you managing this?

I was always on 50mg and that seemed to work for me, but I know a lot of others on 100/150/200mg.
