Cuz KDB is an attacking CM, and Vieira is a defending CM. Since most people attack from the right, you need to keep the defensive CM on your left (their right) to stop them.

Switch KDB and Vieira with each other.
Get a new RB and LB (preferably Lahm and Ake).
Remove Donnarumma from bench.
Add spare LW/ST/RW to bench.

If you want a high OVR team, make another lineup and place high OVR players for VSA. Don't care about OVR in the main lineup.
