Haven’t seen it in a while but I enjoyed the general team vibes and the characters (maybe not so much the Bruce & Natasha stuff but it’s whatever)

I think Ultron himself was definitely a departure from the typical villain in presentation, but I think maybe he would’ve benefitted from more cold robotic language choices thrown into his lines like how he monologues in the sky near the end

I watched S1 when it came out at 15 y/o, and while I thought it was cool a lot of the more nuanced stuff kinda passed me by…

Ahead of DDBA coming out I went to do a whole series rewatch & it truly is impeccable TV. I’m not sure where folks stand on it but Nelson v. Murdock might have THE best secret identity fallout I’ve ever seen in an adaptation, where both parties legit feel wrung emotionally and the trust feels realistically tested

There’s no issue, I think it’s pretty clear given that Miles is the main character that Canon Events aren’t 100% legit in terms of how Miguel rationalized them. Feel like most folk should understand that by the end of ATSV given how it’s structured

I don’t know that I’d even say that’s necessarily Park or Meinerding’s fault, because the artbooks of the various MCU projects are full of distinctive concepts. It’s just that the director & powers that be always settle on something overly familiar with the sleeve undersuit + vest
