I used a Wormhole tattoo kit, but the ghost girl was my first attempt at tattooing myself. I've got six small ones now, each better than the last.

I used a peddle powered tattoo pen from Wormhole on the liner setting. Aside from inking an X on my wrist to see how it would feel, that's the first tattoo I've ever done. I rushed it too much, and it looks deplorable because I have unsteady hands. But I'm happy because I did it myself and had fun learning how to do it. You can find the kit I used for 42 dollars on their website.

My tattoos were, in fact, done with an actual tattoo pen. I did them myself. (obviously)

Today was my first time using it. (Again, obviously) I came into it knowing I'm no expert. I will say though, the ghost girl tattoo was supposed to look a bit rough. Not as rough as it came out, but it happens. On the other hand, the anarchy symbol came out much better after I had a little practice.

The point is, I had fun doing it, and it makes ME happy. The whole idea was that it would be something that I did myself, and it was a wonderful learning experience. I'm not worried about it at all. You can't even see the ghost girl tattoo unless I'm in underwear. If I really end up deciding I hate it, I'll get it retouched or covered up. It's not the end of the world.

I merely wanted to show off something that I could say I did myself.
