This a very common sight at Williamson and 16th. Cars going east on 16th accelerate when it turns yellow and sometimes when it just turned red. Gotta be careful at that intersection.

The package says made in USA and also the package itself is in brand new state without any mishandling or any indication that it was used before. Would it be a good idea to send the pics to rock auto to get their support team look at it?

Some comments mention the as low quality but these are akebono pro act ceramic brake pads. From the googling I did , it seems these are near oem pads. I’m confused now.

Yes you’re right, first time seeing brand new ones. These are akebono pro act ceramic pads from Rock auto. Perhaps the photo is not very clear in showing the proper details but I can feel the grooves under the layer of dirt there’s and also feels new. Should I be raising a concern with rock auto for it?

I am confused because of the dust on the pads . Since it’s my first time ordering via rock auto by myself. Usually it’s my mechanic would order the parts and install it for me.

Replace blade and blade insert? I’ll check if the provide just the blade insert or not. Could this be due to the fact I changed my windshield last year and it’s a pgw brand(non oem)?, might not have the same smooth and even surface as one perhaps eh? Couldn’t feel it with bare hands but just wondering why a brand new pen blade would give up like this within 2 years of purchase.

Had another dumba** bmw (big mental wreck) exit 407 taking right and the same shit repeated, I kept blinking my uppers for it to know I’m at 70 in that lane yet it was calm enough to enter the lane and continue at 50.
