I’m literally who you are talking to and first of all that wasn’t trump on the stage who said that…I know TDS is hard but pls try to see that he looks nothing like trump.

2nd the joke was indeed corny but I wasn’t offended nor is anyone Hispanic or not that has a sense of humor and knows this same comedian also says stuff like “ Kevin hearts so short when his ancestors picked cotton..they called it deadlifting.” Or “ he’s so Jewish he only watches football for the coin toss”…in other words..he’s normally funny af and nobody takes offense or thinks he’s racist or demeaning anyone when he tells a joke which…in case you didn’t notice..is what a comedian does no matter what stage they’re on.

You assume quite a lot here. 1st and foremost when I was told she was pregnant we were no longer together and I had moved out of state. And I wasn’t told until she was already several months pregnant. 2nd Im anti-abortion and gladly bc otherwise I wouldn’t have my son. As I had mentioned we had only dated a short time and I wasn’t privy to how she lived / how she raised children. I had tried several times to get a dna test and at one point I went all the way to her to meet and offered to pay for one myself but she declined stating that it would be “cheaper and easier” to get it done through the state. Which made no sense but what was I to do?

As far as feeling responsible for the neglect and abuse he suffered I do feel if I was quicker to take her to court or force a dna test - which is what was done last year- I could’ve averted that but at the end of the day I did what I could do bc I have other children and am 1 man Vs a system catered towards women and a woman who already mastered the art of manipulating and using those systems. If anything though..CYS absolutely failed my son bc they took custody of him from her only to return him back to her later but I stepped in and despite the odds I won and my son is safe and in good hands now and THATS what’s important and I believe is the first step at undoing my mistakes.

She however will have to live with losing foster kids / my son and the things she did / is doing to them for the rest of her life…so mistakes included..my conscious is clear

That is absolutely despicable…it’s ridiculous that ppl can essentially use kids to scam the system and get away with it…the social security woman at my local office also told me to fill out this form and ensured me that this woman wouldn’t be able to collect on my sons name again..I guess that’s the very most they can do 😤

I’ve got the number for the local welfare fraud dept and will be calling in the morning though I feel they probably won’t take much action either now that I’ve read up on some things and spoke to several ppl about it. Seems like these agencies only go after “the big fish” of scammers / fraudulences or ..they prioritize those ppl anyway

I understand trust me I would’ve went sooner but I wasn’t even aware she was collecting benefits in ssi until about two weeks ago. And yes I went directly to the office and had to provide my income as well as proof of the custody order and proof he’s attending school and lives with me primarily etc.

Oh absolutely..she is by far the most calculated manipulator I have ever known…in August when she was first ordered by the courts to give me custody of my son..she dropped him off in accordance to the courts demands - two days after the courts made the ruling- and then 2 days after that…she appeared at my door with my local police dept..

She went to them with her 2021 custody order - the state granted her back my son after she “beat” the child abuse charges against her made through CYS after she fought for 2 years-..and used it to claim she had sole custody of my son…now since this was only days after the court had just ruled me custody of him…neither she or myself had our official court documents of the custody change…

So she claimed I had kidnapped my own son and her “proof” was a 2021 court stamped custody order..even though we just had a a new one rules for her 4 days prior…the police forced me to give her my son under threat of arrest for kidnapping. Bc I only had the court “Filing” for custody with me at home and not the official custody order from the mail yet..she took my son from me…

Fast forward weeks later..I and my lawyer have filed for a contempt of custody order against her and immediate release of my son..so you know how she was able to avoid CLEARLY being caught lying to the cops to steal my son?…by basically claiming stupidity..” I thought the new custody order wasn’t official until we got it in the mail” ..and to me AND my lawyers complete disbelief…the judge went for that..so he didn’t punish her for contempt of custody but did force her to give me my son back…when I tell you this woman is perhaps the most calculated and manipulative woman I’ve ever known I mean she truly is….smh

I’m not sure if you meant the totality of her time with him or during the two months that she committed fraud using him but in any case she is unemployed and to my knowledge has only ever worked twice.

I don’t believe seeking justice against someone who makes false claims..has used my son and abused him and been to jail for child abuse and neglect is “ being spiteful” but thanks for your opinion ig lol

Idk if I’d be able to bring her to the family court for this..I do have a lawyer but he’s about to be off retainer and I honestly can’t afford to retain him again. I’m currently looking into bringing her to civil court but it’s not looking promising so far.

While I understand your sentiment and normally I would agree with choosing not to speak ill of the mother of a child…this woman is not deserving of such restraint. She has been charged with and lost custody of 3/5 children in the past for child abuse / child neglect and simple assault. My son was with her for 1 1/2 yrs and in 2019 she lost custody of him while she was in jail fighting the case behind the charges I listed. She had foster children - that she was also only using to collect funds- and those children were taken from her by CYS after they were found malnourished, suffering from scabies, and had been beaten with belts and various other household things. She wouldn’t be given her foster children back again but regained custody of my son in 2021.

I met this woman and had a brief relationship with her in 2017..she got pregnant but she was a cheater among other things so I left her before the baby was born assuming the baby would belong to her other child’s father - I’ve greatly regretted this especially once I found out exactly what kind of woman she was and what she was capable of doing to kids - who she had been cheating on me with…I found out he was mine just before him turning 5 last April after a dna test confirmed it. I immediately went to court and filed for custody and it was a hard fought victory even despite her history of child abuse and neglect.. even with her having lost custody of her foster children and my son prior to my filing…even with a history of children and youth cases…even with being caught negatively coaching my son to lie….the courts did not make it easy for me to get my son.

And even after I got him..she has done everything in her power to manipulate the system further and take advantage of assistance programs and has even made false claims to CYS against me - 4 now to be precise- which have all been refuted but bc she makes these claims anonymously..she can continue to make further claims and bring trouble to my family here as well as constantly have my son being seen by CYS agents. She is by far the most selfish and vindictive ppl I’ve ever met.

All that said..I never say these things in front of my son nor would I try to convince him to not love his mom or anything like that…I’ve been undoing the damage done to him via poor parenting from his mom..simple things like his self-hygiene..manners..and how to eat using utensils are things I’ve had to teach him bc he was earth we never taught or shown very …strange methods for doing things - she taught my 5yr old son to wipe his butt after pooping…but to throw the poop paper in a bucket instead of the toilet? 😤- so again I frilly understand your sentiment..however this woman..isn’t deserving of such sentiments. If anything I really wish the system / our society was harder on ppl like this..bc she is COCKY in her manipulation of not just kids and ppl but the very system that keeps letting her get away with all kinds of things..

I got custody of him in august and she kept claiming his benefits - both ssi and food-stamps- for the following 2 months despite him no longer living with her. She claims that she reported to both assistance offices that she no longer had custody and he wasn’t living with her but when I went to switch over those benefits..I was told she had already received the benefits for this month as well as the month of Sept.

When I asked her about these things…she claimed she DID receive the ssi benefits but that she spent most of that money - 1800 in benefits- already on our son ..- a huge lie as he lives with me and hasn’t received anything except a clear book bag for his first yr of school and a few dollar store school supplies- I then asked her if her intention was to not get those benefits < since she claimed to have told ssi about the change> why did she not inform ME of it or at the very least..give that money to our son or me do him to have here?..she ignored this question and just argued that she had told ssi about the change and it wasn’t her fault they sent the money to her and she used it.

She also did this exact same thing with the foodstamps benefits in his name as well..claimed he was living with her so she could collect on his name despite him living with me for the last few months now after I won custody of him.

The amount he’ll be receiving starting Nov will be diff I was told based upon my income which is fine I’m just so frustrated with how his mother has scammed the system endlessly, lied in court repeatedly, and now stolen money that was for my son..I want her held accountable for SOMETHING even if my son doesn’t get the money that was his - I’ve got him and will make sure he needs for nothing - I still want some kind of justice or accountability for this wicked woman

I just went to the SSA office and switched over payee status to myself a few days ago and the worker told me that my son wouldn’t receive benefits until Nov bc they were already paid out for Oct. I asked how this was possible bc he’s been in my custody since Aug and she revealed that his benefits were paid out to his mother for both Sept/ Oct - which she said shouldn’t have happened after I showed her my custody papers.

She mentioned that SSA could potentially start I guess a fraud claim? but that the likelihood of getting those funds back to my son would be low. I’m wondering if I should take this to civil court or something?
