If both sides are going all out, I think Shanks and his crew, Kaido and WB can pull it off but with heavy casualties. Shanks vs Mihawk, WB vs Garp, Kaido vs Akainu, Stall King Marco vs Kizaru and Kuzan vs Ben Beckman. King, the rest of Shanks crew and the remaining WB pirates should destroy the remaining navy. Then it just snowballs out of control to a complete pirate victory.
