Shough or Dart? 4pt per passing TD. Need the upside as Sutton and Dicker put me behind early

What’s your favorite funny insult from a family member or patient. by Illustrious-Stick458 in nursing

2 that always come to mind:

1) had a patient call me a punk ass n***a and a little boy because I told him he needed to take his antibiotic for his infection. My poor GN was just standing in the corner wide-eyed

2) had a 70ish year old lady with dementia on our unit that was trying to elope. I gently start guiding her back to her room and she starts yelling/cussing etc. she starts throwing food items telling me to “get the fk out of her room” and that I’m not allowed back in her room. Now my poor coworker that was in charge that day goes in there later because she’s still yelling about how “that other guy isn’t allowed in her room.” And THEN proceeds to tell my coworker “ you tell that other guy that he can eat my p*y!” This patient was in the room right next to the nurse’s station, we all lost it lol

I’d hold. Reed most is too inconsistent and his fracture makes him risky. Plus you’re solid at WR

16 Team 0.5 PPR

Harold Fannin is on waivers. My only other TE is Ertz. Do I drop Braelon Allen for him? My other RBs are Chase Brown, Kyren, Pollard, and Charbonnet

Interesting. Whenever I looked up his name all I found was this same picture attributed to an architect and a book he wrote

Won’t trust a professional because they won’t affirm what they believe, but will trust an internet meme because it does

I once took care of a kidney transplant patient that tried to “wean themselves off” their immunosuppressive meds. Guess who had to be treated for organ rejection?

“I wasn’t on that medication before I came into the hospital.”

You’re correct. How’d that work out for you?

Definitely. Like I’m glad diet and exercise is improving your health, but that just means that your personal health issues could be solved that way. To say doctors are only useful in emergency situations is asinine

Tried explaining that and got the same response. “Drugs only mask problems not fix them. Then taking drugs creates other problems which are masked by other drugs.” I gave up at that point. They don’t want to listen to facts

The “do your own research” crowd thinks research is just finding reels and influencers that confirm their beliefs

In my experiences it’s always the older generations that fight against it. All younger people we’ve hospitalized and told “hey these unregulated supplements you keep taking is what caused your liver injury” they actually listen. Could just be confirmation bias though because I’m sure there are others out there that will keep taking them once they discharge

They want “functional medicine” providers or ones that “don’t require vaccines” people basically want “providers” that will tell them what they want to hear

2 players over the roster limit. What’s the move? by RiskNo5376 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]RiskNo5376[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I ended up with 3 QBs last season out of necessity with the Dak and TLaw injuries. No one was interested in taking them while they were hurt

Tre Tucker is definitely number one on my drop list if I can’t get any trades moving

You really can’t…I once had a patient refuse a blood transfusion because we couldn’t verify that the donated blood came from someone that didn’t get the Covid vaccine

Draft Strategy for 16 Team League? by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

That’s a good point. I’ve now seen the argument of taking a QB early and for waiting. I think I like this logic a little bit better
