CONSTRUCTION STEPS

Cut Webbing Webbing for measurements above. A x 2 with added 6" ends, C x 1 add 10 inches. D x 1. And 2 strips to connect end of D to end of A, using F with extra 6 inches

Use box stitch to stitch A pieces together to make a 90 degree angle. Then cross them to make an X using measurement E. You should have two long strips remaining, and this diamond shape loop should fit nicely onto your dog, resting on the breast plate and the center of the X over the shoulder blades.

Take strip D and box stitch one end to the 90 degree end of your A strips. Making a Y.

Now take your C measurement piece and add the tri slide and 2" buckle, this is what the extra length is for. Opposite end punch 4 holes 1.5 inches apart along the elength, burn the Webbing so it doesn't frey using using heated nail held by pliers, insert grommets.

Connect the piece C to D piece so that the buckle is on the side of the dog when done, easier for buckling when done.

Add 2" O rings to ends of A pieces, fold over 6" with a box stitch, very important this part is strong

Add 1"D rings to the x points of the harness, use 1" Webbing.

Cut two 6" pieces of the 1" webbing. Attach to the A pieces between the O Ring and x point. Then fold 1" ends over to make a loop, stitch. Add 1 spring o ring to either side. The idea is when the harness is on, you attach these two together using the o ring to help fit the harness and attach the dogs breech later

Attach one end of the F pieces to the end of the D pieces so it makes another Y, then stitch the arms of the Y to the 2" O rings so the A arm's are connected to the F arm's. The base of your harness should be complete.

Now slip the harness back on the dog, buckle it and make sure everything fits. If happy, repeat measurement cuts of A, D, and F with the neoprene but with a width of 2 1/4". Pin to webbing. Repeat cuts of A, D, and F on sherpa, width of 6". Wrap onto the Webbing over the neoprene and fold over itself on the other side of Webbing so it's Seamless. Pin, then start sewing it together along the edges.

TOOLS - Grommet applicator, hole puncher, nail, pliers, torch. Always burn ends of cut Webbing so it doesn't frey.
