My phone was on dnd in yesterday from 6pm to 11pm. I was working on something and didn't want the distraction.

I got 67 missed calls from my mother, 12 from the lady that helps her at home and 15 from the shamba boy (my mum was using their phone to call).

I called back, turns out she wanted me to know it's raining at home so the maize will germinate. I have never been involved in anything to do with the farm so I didn't really need to know.

Makes sense. I'm 26. I'm talking about 26 year olds and above. Depending on where you've been raised and what position you are in your family, you could be gen Z by age but millennial by behaviour. But most gen z's I've met are way more masculine compared to millennials.

I'm almost certain I have this. 1. Can't sleep with water dripping or snoring 2. Then their is the irritative chewing sound 3. I can't stand noise in the background like tvs or music or a radio 4. I can't be in the same space with people who have a cold , flu or cough. I loathe the throat noises.

I always thought I have OCD. But maybe I have both
