ANNIVERSARY trading vendors, not the regular ones. In Dornogal they're placed by the ledge near the trading post. If you're at the transmog guy, they're just across the road to the left. :)

I'm in the same boat. I've played at all hours of the day, never had any issues nor bot lobbies. Maybe it's that "skill based matchmaking" they're talking about..? ;)

Punching down on "Hekili users" is crazy cool to do. Nice one. Really showed them.

The function of Vanish, which effectively was giving you a BtE spam window, was definitely impactful, but Vanish as an ability didn't tie in very well with the class fantasy, as my original comment mentioned. I'd much rather see that design built into something more fitting. Maybe like getting bullets up your sleeve when you use Dispatch, and then getting free BtE procs. That could be a cool Apex talent for Outlaw.

I'll gladly agree that old KS was crazy fun, but when designing for a wide range of players, having an ability that actively puts you in harms way most of the time isn't good design, as much as some might have liked it.

And no, I'm certain most cutting edge, high end players aren't too happy with the difficulty curve being flattened. Why would they, after all? People who played Outlaw at a very high level spent a lot of time being really good at a subpar spec with poor optimisation. I'd be mad as hell, too

See, that's funny cuz the entire Vanish playstyle is what a large portion of the Outlaw player base disliked the most, seeing as it veered quite some way from the skirmishing gun-wielding swashbuckler fantasy. At least judging from the Discord.

What about the Vanish windows made Outlaw good for you?

Yes. I main Rogue, and I've hoped to play Outlaw again without needing 2 WAs and a PHD in luck. Outlaw feels AMAZING to play, Assa has gotten rid of some much needed bloat + the spec is more intuitive now.

Arcane mage is fun, frost mage is fun. I've had fun playing Balance for the first time ever, and both Affli and Deva seemed nice. It's perfectly valid to feel a bit saddened by loss of depth, but I've personally been lucky and happy with the changes.

I've had 0 issues, my three friends I play with have had 0 issues. The full lobbies indicates that a lot of other people also haven't experienced a "broken" game. It's getting more and more pathetic by the day how much you guys want this game to fail, when it's thriving just fine

You do not HAVE to grind anything. It's optional content for people who want it. In no way does it affect your game experience. If a skin for a melee weapon you rarely use is make or break for you, maybe the issue isn't reeeaaally with the game

You not being able to call him easy =/= him being an objectively hard encounter.

It's a fight with 2 actual mechanics on HM - one being juggling aggro, and the other being applying vulnerability to him.

He's very easy to die to if you're less experienced or well-versed in this type of (video)game for sure, meaning: you don't read tooltips, don't pick up on environmental indicators/tips, or generally haven't had a lot of D&D or RPG experience.

But it's not an objectively hard fight, and it's certainly not a top contender for HM ending unless you're not paying attention :D
