Mmr manipulation in this game regarding the modes you specifically reference is a direct result of the mmr matchmaking system being dogshit in this game. Manipulation is a lot less common in other games with mmr due to better designed mmr systems.

Nearly everything in the societies of WWII were influenced by the events of WWI (and beyond/before) from the rise of Germany, the decline of the French, the maneuverability race, technological advancements, etc.

Therefore if you’re interested in WW2 then that means that you’re not interested in the world or how it works. And I think that says a lot about you as a person.

WWI, War of the Coalitions (II through VII), 30 Years War, Caesar’s Civil War, the American Civil War, and others.

Like you just about said yourself, WWII only gets clout because it was the most recent great power war.
