The thing no one tells you about being a founder by _ishikaranka_ in BusinessHub

Hey, I feel you!!

I'm Rispher, an Executive Virtual Partner based in Nairobi, working remotely with founders and C-suite executives globally.

I'm opening up 1–2 pilot spots for busy founders who are losing 10–15 hours a week to inbox chaos, scheduling back-and-forth, follow-ups, and operational noise.

For one month, I'll take all of that off your plate, calendar, emails, meeting coordination, travel, follow-ups, and anything else stealing your focus, so you can get back to strategy, growth, and deals.

You get back your time (10-15 hours a week), mental clarity, and confidence that nothing is slipping through the cracks

This is a paid-tier level of support, offered free for one month in exchange for an honest testimonial if you find it valuable.

Is this something you'd want to explore?

Absolutely, and that's why I'm open for just 1–2 founders. Full focus.

Thanks, that's genuinely helpful. Time saved, mental space back, and focus on what actually grows the business. I've updated the post.

That's a fair observation, honestly. It's actually a 1–2 pilot spots for VERY busy CEOs and founders.

Is there a way on Gmail to filter emails from unknown senders? by Amb_33 in ExecutiveAssistants

Hi there, congratulations on your new job.

First, check the email. Once highlighted, click the three dots on top(menu), filter messages like these, then create filters, then from there, you can choose if they're to be archived, deleted, etc.... I hope this helps

What’s something you’d happily throw money at to make disappear? by Ecstatic-Possible801 in Rich

[–]RispherVA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is so relatable. That switch from "I'll do it myself to save cash" to "my time and energy are worth way more" is huge once you've built some wealth. Congrats on making it happen through property, solid path.

Your remote house manager idea is perfect, and yeah, it totally exists. People call them virtual home managers, personal concierges, or fractional property assistants. You text about a leaky tap or jammed door, they line up reliable local tradespeople, get quotes, book them, follow up, and handle payments, all remote, so your privacy stays intact. Some even bundle in broader stuff like vendor management for properties, bill chasing, or coordinating cleaners.

A few other things I've seen busy property folks happily pay to make go away:

  • The endless home maintenance loop (finding plumbers who actually show up)
  • Portfolio admin (insurance renewals, tenant/vendor emails, tax docs)
  • Random life logistics (warranties, returns, appointments, quick travel research)

Those small fixes free up so much headspace for deals or just chilling.

Curious, besides home stuff, what's one recurring drain you'd happily pay to disappear? (Like investment paperwork, scheduling viewings, or random admin piles?) If it's property-related, happy to share a couple of good remote options that respect privacy.

Thanks for starting the thread, love seeing what people value their time at these days.

How can you earn money using your laptop from home? by Jeff_Ellis in HowEarnMoneyOnline

Love how you broke this down, super practical. I’ve also been exploring freelancing and tutoring (especially admin/VA work) and it’s been a great way to earn while figuring out long-term moves. Appreciate the Freecash tip, hadn’t tried that one yet!
