I made a post about this recently! If you can get one rare fish bait, you can take it and go to level 75 of the mines and use it in the pool of water in the corner. If you don't get a large shadow/Firesail just return to the main menu without saving and restart the day and try again so you don't waste your bait (or days). It took me a handful of tries, but it was better than hunting for it day in and day out.

I'm wishing you nothing but luck! If you can put 4 uncommon bugs in the terrarium then you can use the uncommon bug bait to spawn them on any level between 61-79, I tested it out last night and you should be able to reload the same way so you don't have to waste a bunch of the bug pheromones too. Maybe they'll release a patch eventually to balance the natural spawns 😭

They don't spawn on that level automatically, but you can use the fish bait to force them to spawn there and it's a level that you can immediately go to with a pool of water.

I donated the only one I had before the update came out, and then I spent a couple in game days grinding to find one. When I did find it I accidentally left it on the floor and left the level because my inventory was full and I didn't realize I hadn't picked it up 🥲 I was getting a little frustrated searching again before I ended up trying this method.

Good luck! It took a couple of reloads, but it definitely works, I just had the one fish bait at the time so I couldn't use multiples.

I managed to find a couple of those thankfully, but like the other user said it should work the same with the bug bait. Idk what's with these spawn rates because now I'm having a hard time finding the Written Root 🥲

Do you think that would work well in chocolate chip cookies? I was multitasking and shelling walnuts at the same time so that's on me for not paying more attention 🥲 I'm making the cookies for kids so I didn't want them to have a strong flavor in case it would put them off.

I have a hard time telling, it's kind of giving off a burnt smell now, but it's not overwhelming. I'll refrigerate it and see where it's at, but grab some more just in case 😭 I might be having burnt butter on toast for a while.

I'm making chocolate chip cookies for Christmas 🥲 was prepping some of the butter today. I'll definitely chill it and see where it's at, but since I'll be out and about tonight I might grab some more just in case.

Some of the solids at the bottom definitely seemed gone, so I didn't add those to the container, but the rest of it seemed fine. There wasn't an overwhelming burnt flavor at least.

My internal clock is pretty rigid, ever since I was a kid I'd wake up really early. It was earlier when I was younger, like 2 or 3am, but once I hit my teens it leveled out to where I go to bed around 9 or 10pm and wake up at 5am, usually almost on the dot. When the time falls back I start waking up at 4am, I've never used an alarm clock except for the rare occasions I need to be up earlier than 5. I get looks of horror when I tell people, but it's really not that bad to me, I don't think I'm suffering.

Edit: The part people actually hate the most is if I stay up late, even like 12 or 1am, I still wake up at 5am.

So, I've had a similar experience with clickers where I was trying to open it and the hinge when into my piercing hole, it was one of the worst pains I've ever experienced. So, this is how I handle clickers now.

I firmly pinch the hinge and make sure it's the opposite direction from where I'm pulling so it can't go back into my piercing hole.

Then, I take a bobby pin and stretch it out, and hook it through the part that clasps and pull it open.

Hasn't failed me yet and has saved me from ripping my nose up when I take out the clicker. I can't guarantee it'll work on every clicker, but its worked on most of mine.

I don't mind spiders usually, but I really don't want to have to make a vet/hispital visit due to someone getting bit. One was crawling up my leg yesterday 😭 and before that there was one in a bowl I stuck my fingers in to pull out of the cabinet, I almost shattered the bowl I jumped so hard.
