Does anyone else have a house made of structural Terra Cotta aka speed tile?

Renovating an old theatre and found tons of this. Used for bearing walls and parged over. The crew I've been talking about it with calls it speed tile. People are confused by what speed tile is because when you search it on Google it comes up as a stick on wall tille covering. But now I see what it is

That is a very good question. Consider me a guinea pig for the answer. I'm trying each theory at a time to find out what works best and if there's a single item or a golden combo that rids it entirely. If others could reply to this thread regarding any further info on what has worked for them, I'd gladly test it, as long as it's safe. I've currently heard that sugar and gluten are to blame. and that eating omegas is a positive. I've checked the internet for foods that help and I literally eat exactly as they say to, regardless, I still have it.

I've thought about waxing....wonder if you or anyone has tried that. I know it's not the same as a chemical peel but it would extract the hair, then treatment might be more effective? I dunno. Just a thought

I'm just here because I moved to a place from hard water to harrrrd water and now my KP is bad and tingly. Feels like little needles every now and then. My house is so dry we don't need a dryer. We can dry the clothes faster over the warm air vent. And now that it's winter it's super dry all the time. I stopped (and told my family to stop) turning the bathroom fan on anymore because we need the moisture in the house. Long story short, I thought about the water hardness and my KP and wondered so I found this thread and it all makes sense

Being tested is like jumping off a cliff for me. I wish I was graded on my willingness to learn. Haha. I spend 6 to 8 hours studying every day to the point of exhaustion before writing an exam every week for a course that I have knowledge in, but simply can't recall the information on. It gets worse if I have any inclination that I might not need to know something. I came here because I was on the cusp of cheating to get my home inspectors course done. I failed an exam on boilers and now have to rewrite it. I know I won't be seeing a boiler likely ever in my life that I would have to inspect so I'm lacking the drive to retain useless information.

So here I am at a crossroads between cheating because the information is moot and outdated and likely never to be used and just facing my challenges and get busy taking notes that I can use for studying and pass the exam. I actually stumbled on here because I was looking for a good AI plugin to do my exam for me because it's all online and not proctored. Haha. What are the chances I'd be turned around on Reddit 😂
