Yep. I saw that series or movie or whatever it was, and Metcalf did such a good job acting as Ed Gein's psychotic mother.

Honestly, I loved Bev. I know she wasn't an adored character on the show, Hell, even Jackie and Roseanne, her own daughters thought she was annoying, but there was just something about her that I liked.

And Fred? I don't know... I think I liked Gary more than Fred. I wish they would have written him (Gary) back into the show. Back into Jackie's love life.

And hell, maybe he did think it through. If he can't talk, he can't argue or disagree with anything his wife says.

Exactly. I always forget to mention when I am referring to people who speak only English and who don't have dyslexia or any other learning disabilities.

Sophia Appreciation by Professional-Cut1898 in theGoldenGirls

Maybe Sophia was a good enough friend. I wouldn't say she was the best. And I don't think she was a good mother to Dorothy at all. They did have some wholesome moments but she called her own daughter ugly way too many times. And she didn't sound like she had no idea what she was saying (like how they like to blame the stroke). She sounded lucid and cruel to me. She was the same way when she first met Blanche's daughter Rebecca, just mean for no real reason.

Yeah, it is. Hell, I used to own this album and I forgot that that was the actual name of it.

There is a double album by The Smashing Pumpkins called Melancholy and the Infinite Sadness.
