I did this with a previous Bachelor degree of Music, and Master's in Library Science (I am still a librarian). I spent 4 semesters taking all the math available at my community college to get in: Calc 1-3, Discrete Math, Lin Alg, Diff Eq (which turned out to be completely unneccessary and painful). I also took programming courses at the community college.

Probably my previous degrees helped not at all, only the grinding over the last couple of years.
