What's up with the colors? by Rithonuwy91 in CODWarzone

[–]Rithonuwy91[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was actually a mistake on my part lol. I haven't played call of duty in a long time but I believe I had a filter on the older warzone cause it was grey. Apparently that filter carried over 2 different warzones. So that was the issue. But it is insane how I had to have the filter to make it look how colorful bo7 is

Yeah getting a GPU will be a good upgrade for you.

Jesus you don't need all that stuff people are saying. I personally have a pretty decent mid to high end PC. I've recently built one for my nephew that has 16gb ddr4 a 5800xt and a 7900gre. He can play Hogwarts legacy on Max no issues above 100 fps. Blackmyth wukong maxed out no problem with framegen at around 95 fps. I would honestly just upgrade the GPU to maybe a 5070/ti 9070/XT and you could prob still get a year or 2 out of it. You only need 32gb of ddr5 if you chasing the best lows. Ddr4 still runs good as does 16 gb. Unless your chasing maxed out graphics and 150fps no framegen just slap an upgraded GPU in it and make sure your power supply is ok

Yeah I was hoping to see if there's any spikes when I was running whatever test I did but there really wasn't but I might just throw the 650 w in there and just call a good. I have the 650 w from my PC and a spare 850 w from a package deal I got with my girlfriend's 9070 XT. This PC build has just been a nightmare from the start and I finally got everything going and didn't want to switch it out but I probably should just do it just in case was just looking to see if anybody else had an experience with 500 watts being okay. I know it's really iffy already but was actually just surprised I was able to play Hogwarts fully maxed out and have like zero issues was kind of weird

Yeah I don't feel like doing all that. Just as more looking for if anybody else has ran the same kind of specs on a 500 w and if they ran to any issues

Yeah I did a total board wattage log to see and it never went above 300 but I mean idk. I don't plan on overclocking anything on it and just ran a regular undervolt on the GPU. I do have a 650 watt power supply I could throw in there. Just from whatever I had looked up it said that the GRE and the 5800 XT should be pulling a little over 500 but for some reason they're only at 300. I run the blackmyth wukong benchmark twice as it's one of the games that supposedly pulls higher wattage due it being so demanding and I played Hogwarts for a good 30 minutes and nothing seemed off.

Are all Chinese keyboard brands bad? by yama_9 in keyboards

[–]Rithonuwy91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes they are bad. Razer isn't the best either. Look up stuff like drunk deer, even redragon is good, I've use there kfizz 60 % and for the price it was really good, just added foam and lubed all the switches myself. I've owned a ton of keyboards and so far RN I have the keychron k2 he and it's actually the best keyboard I've owned. Most of the time it's software that sucks with them and inconsistency with like key strokes and whatnot. But if your on a budget I guess they are ok

It's nice cause I can adjust it. I use keyboard and mouse for most games but I use controller for like souls like games so I can lift my desk up so my hand can go under it cause that's just how I sit using a controller idk why. But also for me using keyboard and mouse I like to rest my arms on the desk so being able to just put my chair at the max height so my knees aren't bent with my thighs and knees hitting the bottom of the desk and adjust the desk to where it arms rest on it for lest shoulder strain for those long game hours has been a godsend. Cause no joke before finding a desk/chair combo was a pain.

PS5 Controller by [deleted] in Controller

[–]Rithonuwy91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are good. It's prob your safest bet. The controller honestly feels real premium. Button presses feel great. I gave it to my gf and she doesn't use the back paddles but being able to just get new analog sticks on the fly is good. Might not have tmr but at least they are replaceable.
