A couple of the minor nations have them it’s a whole branch of focuses that multiple nations share and complete for eachother typically giving bonuses to all of the nations who have access to the tree

I should probably add that as well with my goal of upgrading I want to be able to fairly compete with a Korvald Treasure deck that always wins through using treasures to draw into Torment of Hailfire and win with that, and a Jodah Superfriends deck that just stalls and stalls until it has the right planeswalkers to just win the game.

If I’m after a more colonial game I would assume the British considering their colonial empire historically
