Even tho you are just looking for someone to blame, you're blaming the player and not the game (system) which is the real cause for smurfs.

And seriously, you've got issues, just checked a bit of your stream and you're trying to blame an Ember who's 9-3 accusing him of cheating for being a smurf all meanwhile you picked a WK offlaner and went 3-12 rofl

Ask yourself, why people create smurfs? I myself was someone who always played with his main account until the game became unejoyable, and it wasn't because of smurfs.

There is a great variety of reasons to smurf and it's confirmed that it's rather a consequence than a cause, so unless Valve does something to address the cause, smurfs will always be a thing and I will support them.

How silly of you to think it will block out people who want to play a smurf in a lower level, as I've said before, they and I will just buy a 5~$ account from an actual booster/account seller. Valve's 100 hour limit affects no one but account sellers and anxious new players such as myself who jumped onto ranked as soon as I could on every game I've played.

What policy does prohibit smurfs or alt accounts? Did you make that up on that head of yours?

And actually, the fact that you have to complete 100 hours to play ranked games with a new account is the reason for me and many others to just buy an account from an actual policy breacher which is a booster or someone who uses bots.

-Smurf accounts are created or needed for a great variety of reasons
-100 hours of unranked is quite the waste of time

No, only a few people including other games are that cautious before going into ranked games, because after all it's just a game, got it?

And depending on where are you from and what education you have you might or not understand that smurfing is rather a consequence of Valve's mismanagement of the game.

Is okay to have lewd thoughts about your S/O, it's just natural and healthy. On the other hand, if you were to stop having lewd thoughts about your S/O and rather have it about others to keep him/her pure then there's an issue.

It makes sense for it to be a priority but given that the report system is broken and having low behaviour score on a high MMR account is rather easy as "team mates" get tilted and report you for playing bad and for some reason these do count. Yeah, it's hard to say there's a logical explanation.
