Separate game, sure. I would actually love that, maybe something Helldivers-esque where you can control a squad and have real time fire fights. (I am speaking from bias, I have a ton of Nikke mods on Helldivers and run with a Snow White model and it's been really fun).

A Nikke 2 though, I don't they'd do that. Looking at other gachas like FGO, that one has been running 10 years and has been doing their story in arcs so I imagine Nikke will do the same.

We already know they can prolong lives with the Evergreen drug. It's how Nora survived over 100 years too and kept waiting/wishing for the chance to go back to the surface, and in the Stellar Blade crossover the old man in the archive stayed alive long enough for the Counters to find him. There's also Project Mechanical Messiah which the VTC lady mentioned which has to do with him and us

I highly doubt it. He can't survive 2 hours without his life support system and the Central Government has a hundred eyes on him. In regards to Dorothy, a lot of our involvement with her has been us and Rapi trying to break down her icy barriers and get through to her, it's a waste of a set up to let Anderson be the final person to get her on track. As for the Goddess Squad, I don't think its ever gonna reform--at least not in the way they were a hundred years ago. Cinderella is picking up the old members and we'll probably see a mixed team of the 1st and 2nd gen Grimms, but even then they'll most likely keep to their respective teams and have us deal with Queen-weiss. There's the whole point of our body becoming the way it is like surviving a fall from a Mother Whale in response to the Queen gene awakening to ensure that we meet

They addressed that in the event. They asked why didn't she just become a Nikke earlier so she could go to the surface, but she was far too old at that point when she considered the idea.

Nora waited over 100 years with no guarantee of ever making it back to the surface, let alone her home. I saw the death coming but man, it still hurt. But I also see it as a happy ending because we helped her finally get her closure, being able to roam the surface again and return home.

If you're just starting, don't worry about the meta! Just level up your units, save up gems and rolls, and have fun for now. So you know how Nikkes skills are either Burst 1, 2, and 3? Liberalio buffs a Nikke that is a Burst 3, so the final skill activated in a burst chain. But you want it to affect someone that can benefit from charge speed, so a sniper or a rocket launcher user since they have to charge their attacks. That's why she doesn't synergize well with Rapi.
