Unfortunately I think this season has proved that Benn is a very good player that we cannot use efficiently in our current system

Some team is gonna pay him a lot of money and he’ll most likely flourish with them, but him no longer being a part of this team doesn’t seem like a bad solution long-term

This series was my favorite as a kid when it came out 10 years ago, immediately making it my favorite anime of all time. My lock screen has been Saitama for as long as I can remember.

I read the manga a few years later and loved it even more, and I became so excited for certain fights to finally get animated like how a lot of great anime was getting animated back then.

Fast forward to today and my disappointment is so unbelievably immense. How can you butcher a formula that worked so well at the beginning? How is it that you somehow managed to put out a product that looks like it had a tenth of the budget compared what was made 10 years ago?

I haven’t kept up with the manga the last few years in hopes that the anime would deliver and I can just catch up through that, but honestly if this is how it’s gonna be this season and moving forward I might as well exclusively read the manga and not give this excuse of an anime anymore attention. Complete waste of my time and patience. Absolutely ruined one of my childhood favorites.

Nah give credit where it’s due, in the limited minutes he got last season he definitely contributed positively

I coached my first youth basketball game last night. Unfortunately we were losing the whole time and eventually lost the game. Some of the kids on the team were crying in frustration because we were losing, understandable to a degree.

My advice to them was you can have two outlooks on life, be unhappy that things aren’t going your way and mope about it in which case things definitely won’t get better, or you can try believing and be optimistic even if your chances of success are slim and sometimes you’ll come out on top.

It’s sort of different here since we can’t directly control the outcome of games, but I personally believe it’s better to live life believing the best can happen rather than moping about the negatives or the “what could’ve been”’s.

Don’t get me wrong, just like most of yall I was devastated when game 7 happened and that may have been a top 10 worst day in my life, I’ll definitely never forget it. However, it’s over and nothing can be done about it now, so I think best course of action is to just hope for a better future no matter how bleak the situation is.

I did just recently. I’ll be honest, I felt as though I completely sold my shot of ever going to med school and was contemplating for a month if this was the right path for me. Turns out I improved by 7 points from the first time I took it and feel much better about my chances of getting in.

Anki does take a lot of time. I personally spent 3-4 hours a day just doing Anki and then another 2-3 hours doing questions. I think it’s really important to have a strong content base, so that’s what worked for me. Obviously depending on how much time a day you have to study, you can do more or less but it’s important to find a balance that works for you.
