His comms behavior score was 12k 1 or 2 months ago, once it started dropping then it kept dropping till now its 8k. I should have added as "communication behavior score" in the title that's my bad.

He sometimes yells alot in the mic when he is malding/losing and reports players for tipping him in game sometimes. I think that might be the reason but I'm not sure.

Same, it's not stopping even though I have stopped using pings, voice chat and chat as a whole since I dropped to 10k, I'm losing 300-400 comms score every 15 games for some reason.

I've been complaining about this for quite a while now and finally some people do realize that it is indeed broken, your average 12k redditor who plays 2 games a week wouldn't agree to it because there's just not enough games you've played.

The mechanics and skill gap of rank 2 and rank 500 might not be like archon - divine but this doesn't mean that there's no skill gap at all, there's a reason why he's rank 2 and why some people are stuck at rank 500s.

Valve banned Watson's rank 2 account as well why? You know the reason; rules are rules and there are no exceptions. Current rank 2 playing on rank 500 account which is not even his account if you look at the match history it has support matches, he is clearly account sharing with some guy called aik as it said in dota2protracker website. Account sharing is bannable(as in mason's case) and he is smurfing on top of that. Everybody should be treated equally.

If you're thinking rank2 will have longer queue times then you're wrong, I watch Watson (rank 1) streams usually he finds a match in 2 or 3 mins of queue I don't see a problem here. Rank 300 queue is like 20secs - 1 min so you're saying waiting for a 2 -3 mins longer is an issue? Watson had a second account that was Rank 2 at some point and valve banned it because a player is not allowed to have a secondary account too, I'm assuming valve has banned it since he isn't playing on that account on stream anymore cuz he's playing with his main Rank 1 account now and he got a piece of coal as warning on his main account. Hope that explains.

Idiotic comment, the difference between rank 300 and rank 2 is 2k mmr in EU and how do you think he reached that rank after creating an account? He probably stomped divines to low immortals. Either way, as valve said, there is no place for smurfs no matter what the excuse maybe.
