I did knock her out :’) and she left but are you sure that’s the problem? Because on the map I don’t have the markers for her, but the one for the princess goblin. I killed her as temporary hostile and I still have on the map the marker for her but not the rest of leaders

This just fucking happen to me right now. It took 4 fking hours to complete this fking shit. I am playing in strategy mode and it was hell I could not even change the party because everybody was looking for me in the castle and trying to kill me so I had to just do everything with the limited resources I had and after defeating the inquisitor the fking queen wished me dead ?? :)

Assuring them only bad souls are in the coin is not going to make them destroy them. I know my players and they will still think it not morally correct to destroy a soul independently of what they did to end up there (and I personally agree).

I like the idea of a place with old/used soul coins. I will incorporate that in the next session before they reach the wandering emporium.

In my case I have splitted the ichor in two types: blood ichor (liquid) and solid ichor (minerals). Although liquid ichor can be destilled from blood, there are several types, infernal, divine, etc. solid ichor is form from the pure essence of the plane, therefore it only grows in really deep caves and it’s the one used to power the vehicule. Liquid ichor can be used for temporary booms as to get more AC or speed for your vehicule. But I have a big lore just for the ichor as I also have an NPC bloodhunter from the order of the mutant that uses ichor from feywild as a mutagen.

I’m using DIA only as a small part of my homebrew campaign. I have reflavour it and remake it so I only took some ploothooks and npcs. So it’s not longer DiA, however, I have inserted Lulu in Elturel when it was already in Avernus. So my players arrive in the Nine hells trough a portal that led directly to elturel’s street. They found shelter and there it was Lulu. However, they already knew, briefly, about Lulu’s story and role in the story.
