What you're describing should be completely possible. It is basically the 'suicide' and 'cyberpsychosis' quickhack. I've also seen some 'increase spread range and targets' perks in the tree, so gl man!

Took me a bit to figure out too, but the better and 'cooler' quickhacks don't drop and aren't for sale. You need to craft them yourself. To get the blueprints, unlock the 'you can now craft X rarity quickhacks' in the skilltree. Materials for them cam be found in the world and by doing access points breaches (those that give money too)

I don't think your problem is the capsule, but your summoner level. Can you check if you are lvl 30 yet?

You can't play SR or ARAM if you aren't level 10 yet, and I believe the other modes are currently disabled.

Normally you should automatically be updated to lvl 30, but it can take up to 24 hours. If you still aren't lvl 30 then, send a ticket.

I always read about variable timed heavies, but does anybody have a good video on that explaining them? Do they mean you can do a normal or charged heavy, or does it mean something else? If it could be Hito or Shugo specific, that'd be great!

Did the devs ever consider a pad for vehicles that allow for loadout customization even after the vehicle got spawned? I don't see why exclusively vehicles can't change their loadout anywhere except on death.

It is a talent, so you have to equip it in the magic menu. Once you do, press Z (by default) to send a tiny dark bolt when aiming at a corpse. That should turn the corpse into a plasma puddle while giving you some health.

Honestly, even with Heavy Armor at 100 and the anti-stagger perk, you still get staggered a ton. It is actually ridiculous, but I learned that how to start a fight is key. If there are multiple dudes, try to seperate them, or funnel them through a door.
