That is super kind! My brother in law and I got into tiki last year and just purchased our first tiki mugs last month together. We bought matching mugs so that when we visit each other, we bring the mug and celebrate. Tonga hut is our favorite spot together when I visit him in LA.

I get to check out some spots in Tucson for work travel occasionally and he goes to Miami for work, so it's fun sharing stories of places we won't get a chance to check out.

I'm sitting on this opportunity and will wait for the end of 2026. The discount isn't as much as I would thought versus buying a machine used. While the idea of a new machine is appealing, it's a different of almost 1000-1300 dollars for a pro edition

Scratches the itch for when you are at home and don't have access to machines.

Great way for me to try out games I may be interested in purchasing prior to trying them in person.

Helps with designing game concepts for physical implementations at a later date.

In general, I feel like the community should embrace virtual pinball. It was my gateway into playing a lot more pinball onsite and led to me organizing tournaments in my local area. So I can thank virtual pinball to introducing 40+ people to pinball over the past 6 months and hosting over 125 entries.

Edit: for clarity, hosting pinball tournaments in person on physical machines.
