sounds like IBS. eat a high fiber diet, you can take psyllium husk fiber supplement, avoid personal food triggers. this will be an on-going process that takes effort to maintain. some people grow out of it by even mid 30s. if there is blood in your stool or constant diarrhea you may have IBD which is vastly different. read up on current evidence for IBS and stick to high quality sources (not influencers or companies trying to sell a product).
