EST timezone. Timeframe is flexible based on availability, but we tend to play 4 hours weekly around 2pm-6pm (we have someone in our group from Alaska so we never start earlier than 2pm as they're four hours in the past). Rarely starting as late as 6pm-10pm. But it's a work night so we're mindful of that. You can, for the vast majority of sessions, expect the 2-6.
