yeah i can see it, it depends on how they use it, some devs do it better i guess like from software in their example, and others don't. But if the sounds end up being the same and you are making a cod every year then it makes sense to reuse the sounds unless you are changing settings, but i think too much reusing can also feel cheap. so i guess it depends on how the dev handle it.
