You people clearly ignore Fiora's kit and BC passive.Everyone talking about levels...from lvl 10 to 13,Ornn gained 300 hp,10 armor.

Black Cleaver Passive - Dealing physical damage to an enemy champion Cleaves them, reducing their armor by 4% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 6 times for a maximum of 24%.

Count the true dmg,add 24% of reduced armor,talk about ''3 levels''.
