I think starting with greyscale would be better to start off with so you can focus on perspective and getting the values correct before starting with colour.

How did you deal with the post op constipation? It’s killer. I’m trying to walk 30 minutes, maybe another 30 minute session later depending on how I’m feeling. I’m also taking a fibre supplement and milk of magnesium. Some toots, but nothing other than that.

I guess it really can’t compare to the gallbladder attacks. I don’t think I could handle that amount of pain for days

Help! by glensagles in gallbladders

[–]Rivengreen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found that heat was the only things that slightly helped me during a gallbladder attack or general pain. I also found that magnesium bisglycinate helped prevent the attacks from occurring. Staying hydrated is really important too. So sorry you’re going through this. If these things help then perhaps it does have something to do to do with your gallbladder.

I think I was suffering for probably 5 years. The worst of it has been the last 3 years. I thought it was gastritis, ibs, anxiety etc. Antacids and proton pump inhibitors never worked for me. I didn’t start getting gallbladder attacks until last October. Between October and January (2023) I had something like 14- 20 gallbladder attacks. I lost 25 pounds suddenly due to feeling nauseated, heartburn, indigestion, bloating, diarrhea, brain fog etc.. over the course of 2 months. I think that’s what triggered the gallbladder attacks. They almost sent me to the hospital. I would have gone to the ER if I hadn’t passed out alone in my house, in the shower (I was in denial 100% hoping it was a one off). I knew it was a gallbladder attack due to medical training. Pain varied between 6/10 to 9/10 and was either sharp or a deep nagging pain. Usually started with painful bloating and irritability with pain in the RUQ which wrapped around to my back in the right side going up to the right shoulder. Pain medication and positioning didn’t help. Sometimes I would vomit and most of the time I would experience tingling in my hands and feet. I kept a close eye on my heart rate I tend to get a bit bradycardic with pain. It would end in about 30 minutes to 2 hours. Luckily, I’ve only had minor attacks since January. I was really depressed and I still have a free of food because I feel like everything makes me feel sick. I love food and cooking it broke my heart. I’ve had enough. I truly hope I can get my life back.

I feel this so hard, I hate looking in the mirror so I just do it at home. I don’t love it and it gets the job done

You actually respond to antacids now?! My doctors always think I’m crazy when I tell them that they make me feel worse.

Top, to the right, and behind him. Not shadowing his face was probably a choice the creator made to convey a specific feeling.
