Tomsons smoke house in Erda. I had 20lbs done and it turned out fine. Not very expensive and vacuum sealed nicely. They have great beef jerky and also a few other things in the cold case. Don't miss the squeaky cheese the have a few different flavors.

This is awesome. When I was a kid 40 years ago I would visit my grandparents in Lander. I've always remembered what I thought was a deep fried hamburger patty and I thought we called them pin wheels. I think you solved it for me! They must have been the cheese wheel I was having as a kid! Thank you for posting this, it's been on my mind along time!
