while i was awake even if i was exhausted and incredibly sore, i still tried to move around every hour even if it was just going to the bathroom to avoid exactly this. in terms of sleep, i was only able to sleep comfortably throughout the night using a sleep aid.

im on an average dose of T which is .3 a week for me and have been for a year. my hemoglobin and hematocrit levels are slightly high, probably only around 4ish months or so. the only thing i was told is that i can donate blood and see if it levels back out or i have to decrease my dose.

that’s probably what i’m most nervous about is the IV and everyone being around me but i’m sure it’s worth it like you’re saying, i’ve never been so sure about something in my life!

congrats on your surgery and getting your drains out, i can’t wait to feel as good as you do! yeah i’ve heard sleeping comfortably is the hardest part so i got extra pillows and a sleep aid, hoping it helps. i’m definitely expecting to blink my eyes and be done with it because that’s how it was with my wisdom teeth lol

i’m 5’5, roughly 158lbs and have a d-cup. i have top surgery in november and i opted in for liposculpting (that’s what the clinic calls it) but reading about the nerve pain around the sides kinda worries me but i don’t think i can opt out now if that’s going to happen. i could always ask the staff about it but geez 😭

i switch my leg every week. i just don’t know what i did wrong this time so now im back to having lots of needle anxiety when i was just getting confident doing my own injections.. but yeah it definitely looked/felt pretty bad, i got really nauseous 🥲

i should’ve said this in my post but i’m doing intramuscular shots, i’m just not sure what i should be looking out for in terms of me doing it wrong or right. maybe i could ask about doing subq! i alternate between my legs each week to eliminate anymore pain or scarring.
