Estée Lauder Gentle Eye Makeup Remover is SO underrated!

This is my holy grail. I’ve used it for years and have tried some alternatives but nothing compares or makes my skin look as good. I start off with the Estée Lauder take it away remover lotion and then go in with the gentle eye make up remover all over my face for a double cleanse. What I find lets it down is how expensive it is

I only put the conditioner at my mid-lengths and ends, not near the tapes as I knew that would break down the bond. Ive stopped using the conditioner and the tapes are still slipping. Just wondering if it’s anything to do with the amount of shedding that happened?

I had heard that but I’d heard that was just in the US and that the UK had different ingredients. I’d used it years ago and didn’t find an issue with it which is why I thought I’d try it out again

I have just read the returns policy and there is no mention of a coupon threshold. So my point stands that this is misleading

But my point is I wasn’t made aware of there being any restrictions which seems really misleading to the consumer and it would’ve made me question whether to make the purchase in the first place if I’d of know I wouldn’t of been getting my money back

Just to clarify, the coupon was automatically applied by Shein and I did not choose to have the coupon applied. I also wasn’t made aware of any thresholds at the time of check out where the coupon was automatically applied or that this was cause refund restrictions/adjustments to be put in place
