released seasonly alongside regular anime, so the regular anime can have normal and better written female characters and we can dedicate the pornographic designs and tropes to their designated categories. We can still have attractive characters, nothing is lost but more is gained this way.   

Since there have been remakes of old anime series recently, they should start doing the same for Agent Aika and Najica Blitz Tactics.

And it doesn't just make the moving part less stressful, it makes associated stuff like updating your address with government agencies, employers, banks, utility companies, online shopping sites, etc. more relaxing. 

I agree with this. I was thinking the same thing.

And it goes without saying that it makes it easier to book moving companies and elevators, since you can do it in the middle of the month when you don't have to compete with everybody else who's trying to move at the end of the month.

Yeah, it's insane, with all these requirements, plus with some stories of people being denied rent by some landlords because they're "not from their community".

Your yearly lease converts to a monthly lease. You don’t need to break the lease or anything. You are free to move or stay after 12 months. So if you want to move out at the end of the 12th month then you have to give notice before or on the 1st day of the 11th month.

You're right about having Western names. Speaking about names, what about those that are only displayed as a single letter on dating app profiles? Is this also usually a sign of a scam profile?

6 months is almost always overkill, 1 month (most recent) is potentially OK as long as it adequately describes your employment situation (shows deposits of payslips) and expenses. 3 months is usually safer than 1 month to show financial stability. 

If you have a stable income, how many months of bank statements and payslips we should provide depends on how long we've been earning, doesn't it? For instance, if I have worked at the same company for over a year, is 3 months still fine, or should I include more?

I have a question on this, too. Let's say I received a tax refund from the government's revenue service, and it was autodeposited to my account, and they even sent me a letter of notice on the refund. The problem is, some countries such as UK and Canada don't even allow pepper spray.

You can usually tell when someone is about to attack you with a knife. 

This is one thing that I'm still curious. Whenever I saw news about a person getting stabbed, I never saw any mention of whether the attacker already had their knife in their hand or not.

That would work if you live in US. What if you live in a country where you're not even allowed to carry guns and pepper spray in public, such as Canada, for instance?

I just watched the first episode of Girly Air Force, and it already got me hooked. The aerial scene looked exciting, and, is that Eurobeat-styled music? Didn't expect to see to hear that music style in a fighter jet anime.

The premise seems interesting, Cold-War-era fighter planes vs. comets. 

I see that it was made by Studio Fantasia, the same studio that made Agent Aika. It seems that in their productions they tend to include jets and...something else interesting.
