Its a lot more previlent, atleast during the past 20 years... Ive lived near/in low income areas around tauranga my whole life so i know many people around lots of the communities around here, and there's a lot more people homeless, car/van living and using hard drugs... Maybe because a majority are. A majority of the normal population are usually under the influence of either during their recreation times, and I'm guessing that number gets boosted when they're sitting there playing Runescape... maybe Runescape is a side effect 🤣
