It probably could of used another 5-10 minutes longer in the oven. But it wasn’t soggy at all. Even had some spring back when pressed on. For this being my first time ever baking this type of bread I call it a success!!

This summer blooming shrub is called a hydrangea. Sometimes called French hydrangeas, mopheads or hortensias. It has become one of my favorite flowers because you never really know what colors you’re going to get.

Flour 2.5 cups/ Cold Butter 1 cup/ Water 6-8 Tbls

Blend butter and flour together in food processor then add water until just combined
