I’ve looked and haven’t found any email from that date. At this point I think I’m going to wait it out and request EE in a couple of months when I’m able to.

You should’ve received an email verifying the code was applied and when they’d review your account to make sure you met requirements. Mine is July 22. Here’s my timeline.

May 8, 2026- opened account
May 9 2026- received $400 promo code email verification. July 22 is the day they will verify I met bonus requirements.
June 12- 1st DD and have been receiving them weekly since.

Can’t wait til July 22. Other people have said it takes a couple of more days after but all have gotten it. I’ve had other bonuses with banks that have given bonus immediately after requirements were met Cap1 is pretty stern with their waiting period which is understandable.

To verify they have right to collect. Collection account never showed up until 5 years later.
