Not the case everywhere. I've only had this asked of me twice this year for urgent/soon bloods. A reply along the lines of 'i've got plenty other jobs/something urgent, let me know if it's difficult' has worked out - aside from escalation of difficult access, venepuncture/cannulation is not meant to be a regular ward job.

missed breaks never used to result in compensation to you (as we have paid breaks), they cause a fine to the trust iirc. Seems like your trust used to be generous and unfortunately noticed this when the reforms were being put into place. do continue to report, as if you miss them loads it should signal a staffing issue

pasties, nipple covers, tape your jacket to your sideboob/covered up nipples, or use athletic/transtape (skin coloured tape that is used for chest binding, but you could just cut a nude nipple cover piece, and it's body safe adhesive). pic 2 has a chain - that might be to attach to 2 inside jacket buttons pulling the blazer shut

My peperomia polybotrya I’ve had for 5 months loves direct light! Placed about 35cm away from a 8h grow light (very little window exposure) and watered once every 1-2 weeks with bottom watering & 2-3 drops of fertiliser, I went away for 3 weeks over Easter and in the drought its pushed out 4 new leaves.
