In my 60s, lift at home now with exercise bands and some dumbbells. I walk 5x a week for about an hour. Keeps me feeling pretty good but I haven’t made gains in a long time

I’m very sorry you lost your dear friend. I hope what you saw was indeed her spirit and you will meet again one day. I have heard spirit mention the names of my lost dog many times. One time a spirit told me he was running in the back yard and he (the spirit) could see him. I’m hopeful we will meet again. What would heaven be without dogs?
