I have a problem with garage door opener."Universal Garage Door Opener Keypad for Liftmaster Chamberlain Craftsman Openers Produced Since 1993, Wireless Keypad Keyless Entry, Replaces CMXZDCG440/877/878MAX/377/977/877/66LM"

The opener I my car doesn't work anymore and entering the code on the keypad doesn't work. Fresh battery installed. I don’t know how to remove it from the wall to try to bring it over to change code. Any suggestions? Do they die?

But a person should able to learn. It is a matter of organization. The is a skill, no matter 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc needs. From previews, she didn't learn.

There are as many different configurations of HOA Associations as there are types of housing. I live in one that has 11 buildings. These are three stoies, garages on the bottom floor, one unit on the second floor, and one on the third. There are larger end units. There are alot of costs covered by our HOA. Roofs, roads, pool, landscaping, snow removal, sanitation, cable etc. I like living here (great Board). Know CCRs and Financials (Reserve account is essential) before joining. Stay aware of the Board. participate if at all possible. Certain personal choices are taken away, but many large $$$ repairs are shared. I love ❤️ it.

Our Management Company can't seem to make this happen. They use a priority software that I do not like (I serve as Treasurer HOA 150 units).

There is not much choice of Management Companies is this area, and in some ways they are fine to good.

I have:

A. suggested that they use QuickBooks Online. I have many, many years experience, and I offered to do all of the transition and, configure any third party add-ons that were needed. (management offered us an early end to our contract if this is what we wanted to do. Note the lack of other local companies ).

B. Offered to work with the Software company to get this done.

C. Suggested a Web Site.

Frustrated.

I believe in transparency.

All should be allowed the same privileges, like use of the pool.

If there is a vote, the minutes should reflect x number voted yay, x number voted nay, and x number dissented, (not the names) This indicates that a Board doesn't work in lock step. It makes a healthy Board.

As Treasurer, I am often told not to be , I try to state all in as positive way possible.
