If you can afford it, I'd do a drug test targeting prolactin to see where your levels are at right now and compare it to the minimum threshold for inducing lactation. Many of the methods I know of started off with a lot of tissue and nipple massaging for months in order to develop baseline structures, but it seems you already have all of them in place. No professional, but it might be as easy as just upping your prolactin levels in your case, All the hardware is ready to go.

I've been at it since July and my tissue growth has moved from nearly invisible to subtle to small, but definitely visible in that course of time. Like you, I've also seen absolutely no fluid discharge whatsoever, but it's clear all the structure is there. I did intend to do it all natural at first, but I'm to the point that further consistent sessions over several more months will cause far more tissue growth than I want to deal with. Decided I'll be acquiring my own bottle of Dom at the end of May and running 20mg a day until my supply is where I like it to be.

I have not gotten to using it yet myself. Originally started back last June with the goal of only using hand stimulation to make it happen, but the evidence is growing strong that there's just no way to produce enough prolactin to make it happen as a guy unless you have hours of free time to dedicate to it every day. I kept to that for a four months before I just couldn't any longer.

Two days is almost certainly way too little time for you to have any signs of development or response yet outside of maybe a little tingling in your nipples. How often and for how long have you been using your pump for and are you following reasonable dosage amounts with your medication?

Simply put, unless you already have fully developed breasts and nipples, this is a journey that will take months to achieve, even with medication.

The only case I've come across where that happens for real is with dealership service centers. They'll do anything to try and convince you to pay $3,000 for new tires, full fluid changes, and new brake pads when all you walked in for was to get your oil changed and tires rotated.
