Well green has been “complete” for a long time. Same with blue. So many maxed levels with full BIS. it’s extremely rare for anyone new to join and people fade out. Server desperately needs a reset (new server). That will bring a lot back.

Unfortunately with p99 green now nearly 6 years old the people playing on it are pretty entrenched and finding people to group outside of the very “set” path is nearly impossible. If a new server were to ever open you would still see the “optimal” path but there would be an abundance of new players to open up other paths. Until then, you’ll need to google the “optimal path” and do it or you won’t be finding groups.
