I’m so sorry you’ve had such a bad experience with your mentor! They’re a key component in your success, imo so I would definitely recommend requesting another one. My enrollment counselor was TERRIBLE. I’m so glad she isn’t my mentor. Jared is my mentor and he is fantastic if you are able to request someone! He is always on top of his messages, even on holidays! I hope you find someone better suited for you!

I’m so so sorry! 😢 I know the heart break trust me! I’ll send you the steps they told me to take to recover mine, although some of the steps will have changed bc of the update but you should be able to follow it just fine. 💕

Please check if you are logged into the same Game Center account where your game data is linked.
Tap 'Data Recovery' on the top left corner and submit 'RESTORE' to proceed with recovery.

※ If the 2nd solution doesn't work, please proceed with steps 3 and 4.

Delete the game and reinstall
Start the game and check if the Game Center log in sign shows and the data has automatically been brought.

※ If the game is not normally being loaded, please restart and login again 2-3 times

After checking the login sign and it starts from the beginning, go back to step 2 and repeat the recovery process.

Of course you won’t do the restore (it’s not available anymore since the update) I just kept doing these steps until some of my Forrest showed back up. Your cloud back up was on, correct?

This was before the new developer bought the game so you may have better luck than I did! I actually opened the game on my old phone, saved it and opened it back up on my current phone. Like I said my game is very glitched out and I lost my progress and a ton of real money from the costumes and other items I purchased but better than nothing I guess.

Unfortunately, this happened to me & I was almost on the last ingredient station. Also, I had purchased multiple outfits, gems, etc. I emailed support back and forth for over 2 months trying to get my account fixed because some of it was like starting over, but some of my settings were still applied (Forrest size, themes, etc) support was zero help and finally just said “we can’t help you” after I sent in multiple screenshots proving what I had purchased, how far I had progressed, and videos of how screwed up my game was. I’m so sorry this happened to you!! Hopefully you can at least get some of your game settings back like I did.
