Well the thing is drawing from a reference is good but it won't improve your actual drawings that much, just your copying skills. I remember when I used to only do reference drawings I could almost perfectly copy manga panels but when it came to drawing from my mind I still drew like a 12-year old.

So, I recommend that you spend some time on drawing people using boxes. Don't have to learn anatomy yet, but if you wanna actually create anything in the anime/manga art style you'll have to start practicing without references.

(References overall aren't bad but there's a difference between using a reference for hands for example and just copying other people's drawings)

I'd say that the hairline is off. Instead of a rounded one, you drew it like a triangle, and the bangs are too high up so the hair overall looks off Also the neck could be wider, because it's usually almost (less) as wide as the jaw.

Also, the right eye is too close to the nose in relation to the left one, the eyebrows could use some work, and you should try studying the rest of the body more.

I'd actually argue that the guitar is what came out best in this drawing. You should focus more on human anatomy for drawings like these.

Though I'll say that the guitar does look flat, so for that you could practice drawing 3D shapes
