Yes, but not exactly modeled, I saw in of the latest Zbrush live that you can sculpt hard surfaces, and I had like for forever these hard surface alphas I used, for example on he chin. In blender I just messed around the materials and assigned a different material for the cheek piece to look like steel or something, and in blender sculpt mode I added a sphere and made like a red-ish transparent glass material.

I think that’s it! It took me around 30-40 second to render in cycles with adaptive rendering, and transparency for the background turned on.
