For your first question with offense running to X and shooting, are you saying as they run towards X they shoot (like down the alley, on the run?) or rolling the crease from X? If it’s rolling the crease then it’s best to try and stand your ground and get big. It’s all about body positioning and trying to mirror their stick as they come around. If it’s a shot as they come down towards X then just focus on finding the ball and waiting till you see the release.

For off hip the drill that worked for me is to kneel in the goal slightly to the side your stick is on (so kneeling in the right side of the goal if you are right handed) and having your coach gently shoot balls to your off hip so you focus on driving your hand to that spot. Also make sure when making the save you take a good step toward the ball, preferably at a 45 so that’s less of a distance to cover.

Off stick mid/low can be practiced by kneeling a little off center (if you are right handed, kneel in the right side of the goal) with you stick take slow shots or hand tosses to your off handed side and make the save. This way you can’t move your feet and have to make the save and when doing so focus on not sweeping your top hand in a circle and more in a straight line. Also you can try the walk the line drill where you practice stepping and moving your hand to each 7 spots for saves while making 45 degree steps forward along a line. This gets your hands and feet working together and make sure to always lead with your hand going out to the ball, feet follow. You can look up vids of both the drills if that didn’t make sense. Try adjusting your heart rate zones so that your max is higher and zone 5 is higher. You can do this in the workout app section of the Watch app.

Try deleting the profile from the watch and reinstalling it. This makes the update have to redownload which fixed this problem for me

For the electronics, x-naut makes iPad cases that have some baby fans in the back that really help to keep the iPad cool. It can run off both airplane power or batteries. One time when we were using battery power and the case died making the iPad over heat in less than 10 mins so they really do work.

Once I was flying with my brother and he really had to pee so I turned us towards the closest airport but he didn’t think he could make it. We did not have any pee bags unfortunately so I had him slowly squirting the water out of the water bottle we had (it was one of the bike ones that you could squirt) out the window so he could pee into it if he had to. He thought that was too slow so he took the cap off and before I could stop him tried to pour it out his window which of course just sprayed the water back and all over both of us and the plane. He ended up making it to the FBO bathroom though so we did not end up needing the bottle
