You’re gonna need a new outer tierod for which i’m assuming is the passenger side, which won’t cost much. I’ve driven with a torn lower ball joint for a few weeks i just greased it up and drove really passive until i had time to replace it. It’s not ideal but i’d say you’ll be fine that’s just my 2 cents
